We do NOT accept any returns, therefore ALL sales are final.
Exchanges are granted on a "case by case" bases. Exchanges can be made within (5) five days of shipping/received date. Items must be in ALL ORIGINAL packaging with tags. Bundle must still be wrapped in it's original bands. Please send an EMAIL with order date, amount, full name, item wished to be exchanged and reason. Calls are OK, but EMAIL must be sent before decision can be made.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your address isn't available to be shipped here online please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to have a custom invoice sent directly to you.
We have a flat rate Domestic Shipping charge of $9.95 for general bundle/pieces order. Wig shipping is $12.00 +.
Please allow (5-10) business days to receive BUNDLES, CLOSURES, AND LACE FRONTALS. Curly and waterwave textures may take an ADDITIONAL (5) five business days depending on factory stock. For LACE BAND items please allow (7-14) business days as these are NEW items and take longer to make. Please see wig order policy below for wig shipping info.
For CUSTOM COLOR orders please allow an ADDITIONAL (3) three business days.
ALL deposits are non-refundable. Installation deposits are $50 and can only be "rolled over" to a NEW date and time with 24 HOUR cancellation notice. I will not refund ANY deposits for "no call/text" or "no show" clients.
Wig Order Policy
Instant Beauty Hair is NOT responsible for the submission of incorrect head measurements. You have only (2) two business days after your purchase to make any changes to your custom unit (INCLUDING MEASUREMENTS.) Please allow (2) two business days to process payment and (7-10) business days thereafter to receive your completed custom unit. All units come in a "natural" off black (1B) color unless specified otherwise. If you choose a custom color please add an additional (3) business days to the shipping time. We are open for weave and wig installs on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), but DO NOT honor those days as working "business days" for custom unit processing time. Clients have the right to request a personalized direct invoice sent to them if they choose not to order here online. Transactions are protected via Paypal services. Please send an email to Instantbeautyinc@gmail.com with all the information required from steps 1 thru 4 and an invoice will be sent to you.
